Pigeon Decoying and Longnetting Display

His first encounter with the art of wildfowling was at the age of 11 with his Dad on a wild winter’s estuary. Chris Green from Liskeard,is a real countryman through and he is now a master of his craft. Truly, a modern day hunter gatherer, with a wealth of knowledge which he is always happy to pass on to the younger generation. He will be demonstrating with his dog.

Sheepdog Demonstration

A wonderful demonstration of sheepdog handling by Meirion Owen and the 'Quack Pack' his flock of Indian Runner Ducks. See them rounded up and shepherded around the arena over obstacles, or even participate as a human obstacle yourself - a great sight and activity that will have the oldest child watching in wonderment.

The Vintage Parade

A parade of Vintage vehicles organised by the Towy Valley Vintage Club will take place on both days.
